CHRIS CHAPPON, OPERATIONS MANAGER
JAMIE TRENDA, ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER
Jamie is a licensed Architect in WA, OR and ID with over 14 years of experience. She comes from a family of engineers and designers and entered the industry because she likes to see how things are built. When she is not designing, Jamie enjoys reading, cooking and movies.
KAREN WALLACE, ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER
Karen is a licensed Architect in WA with over 25 years of experience in projects and programs nationwide. She is also a LEED AP BD+C and has been involved in the LEED program since inception, due to her passion for sustainability. When not at work, Karen might be at a Chateau Ste Michelle concert or walking her dog around her neighborhood.
PAIGE LAUER, SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
JENNETTE BERTA, PROJECT MANAGER
Jennette has been working on retail and mixed-use projects for 15 years, and as a kid liked to design dollhouse plans and sections with her dad’s graphic stencils and transfer papers. In her free time, Jennette enjoys traveling with her family, gardening, painting and remodeling her house.
NICOLE HARTER, PROJECT MANAGER
Nicole knew her professional life would be dedicated to design upon sight of the Louvre, where she appreciated the building more than any of the artistic works inside. Upon graduating from SCI-Arc with her Masters of Architecture, she returned home to the PNW to assist in the massive regional growth. When not in the office, she can usually be found travelling to far off locales.
PAM KALKANDELENLI, JOB CAPTAIN- INTERIOR DESIGN
Pam has her BFA in Interior Design and comes to us from the hospitality world where she worked on boutique hotels in New York and Boston. She loves game nights with friends, traveling the world (especially Turkey) and is always up for new and fun experiences. Her motto is “Try everything twice” because you never know if the first time was the right time.
CHLOE MEDARIS, JOB CAPTAIN- ARCH
Chloë has an extensive background in the design field including graphic design, interiors, architecture, jewelry, environmental design, fashion styling, branding, industrial and lighting design. Some of her favored art mediums include ceramics, painting, found sculpture, and furniture upcycling. With her Master’s of Architecture from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts specializing in interior design from James Madison University, she has worked in highly creative positions all over the country. In her free time, Chloë is prioritizing personal growth through therapy, physical wellness, and lots of kitty cuddles.
MADISON ROBERTS, ARCHITECURAL DESIGNER
Madison brings three years of experience in multifamily residential and commercial projects. She is enthusiastic to continue learning more about the built environment as shown through her current pursuit of licensure and commitment to professional growth. Outside of the office, Madison enjoys spending time outdoors, indulging in activities like running, hiking and traveling.
APRIL FUGELSANG, FINANCE
April joined the Magellan team in 2003 giving her the most seniority. When she isn’t managing the finance department she can be found cheering for her beloved Seahawks!
