Expansion of an existing self-storage facility, adding four new single-story buildings onsite and providing a new Leasing Office, designed to meet the owner’s specific needs. The unit mix includes both exterior and interior access units, placed strategically to allow the building slabs to step as needed to minimize grading of the site.
