This skin clinic brings a light, spa-like atmosphere to downtown Kirkland. A tall, open entry creates a strong sense of arrival, while challenging low ceilings at the rear were addressed through close collaboration with the general contractor and trades to seamlessly integrate and conceal utilities. A gradual floor elevation change allows for smooth accessibility, resulting in a clean, airy space that feels calm, modern, and welcoming.
